The Northville Food & Wine Festival is pleased to announce that Novi's award-winning Toasted Oak Grill & Market Executive Chef, Ken Miller will be serving delicious food pairings at the 2020 Downtown Festival on Saturday, September 12, 2020.
Metro Detroit native, Chef Ken has reinvigorated Toasted Oak Grill and Market's menu with seasonal selections, exciting new culinary creations as well as several favorites that have earned the restaurant numerous epicurean accolades.
Chef Ken fell in love with cooking as a child. His earliest memories involve his grandparents and mother gathering on the weekends to plan out a family lunch that would ultimately turn into dinner a family oriented family affair that became a culinary adventure in the kitchen.
As Toasted Oak Grill and Market's Executive Chef, Chef Ken reinvigorates the restaurant's pasture to fork philosophy with an added flair and emphasis passable and shared culinary delights that celebrate the gathering and family-like aspects of the dining experience.
Family plays a central theme in Chef Ken's culinary creations and it was his desire to live closer to his family that led to his return to Metro Detroit, leading to his taking the Executive Chef helm at Toasted Oak Grill and Market.
