Comerica Park's Concessions Chef, Scott Storbeck named as 2019 Featured Guest Chef
It is with great pleasure that the Northville Food and Wine Festival announces Comerica Park's Concession Chef, Chef Scott Storbeck, CEC, PC II as the 2019 Featured Festival Chef.
Chef Storbeck CEC, PC II has been in the culinary industry for more than 20 years, and is a Certified ACF Executive Chef, and a member of both the Culinary Institute of America and a Third Degree Knight with the Knights of Columbus Council.
From 2004 - 2006, Chef Storbeck held the position of Sous Chef, at The Inn at St. Johns in Plymouth, before joining the Comerica Park culinary team in 2006. Since then, he has served in various high-level management and supervisory roles, including the Exclusive Tiger Club Sous Chef, Champions Club Chef de Cuisine, Premier Suites Chef and most recently he transitioned into the Concessions Chef role, leading the culinary team in production of all specialty concessions items for the entire stadium, including new menu items that satisfy even the most stringent baseball culinary connoisseur.
As the 2019 Featured Guest Chef, Chef Storbeck will be serving up an exclusive menu that pairs perfectly with our hand-selected wines at the 2019 Grand Tasting Event, together with creative food offerings throughout the day for all our guests to experience during the Festival.
