EXHIBITOR GUIDELINES

To ensure your application is processed efficiently, please take a moment to review the Exhibitor Guidelines. All questions should be directed to the Northville Food & Wine Festival Marketing Team.

 
| USEFUL INFO
  1. Applications may be submitted by email or through the Northville Food & Wine Festival (NFWF) website. However, space is limited, so selection is based on a first-come, first-serve basis.

  2. The deadline for application and fees is September 1, 2019. 

  3. Submit 3 photographs. All photographs become the property of NFWF and will not be returned.

  4. One (1) photograph of applicant at work on art or product. Include artist and show work-in-progress.

  5. Three (3) close-up photographs of product

  6. One (1) photograph of your merchandising effort (typical product display)

  7. Art/Craft/Product/Gourmet Food items offered for sale must be made by the applicant.

  8. Prints offered by artists may not exceed 50% of offering. Original art must meet or exceed 50% of offerings.

  9. Applications for packaged food shall include a copy of a current certificate accepted by the State of Michigan and valid during NFWF (U.S.D.A., State Department of Agriculture and State Health Department Inspection Certificate are generally acceptable.)

  10. Applicants are required to be present, full time, during the festival. Marketplace hours are 1pm – 9pm.

  11. Exhibitors may not sub-lease assigned booths.

  12. The sale of t-shirts and caps is prohibited, unless approved in writing by NFWF Management.

  13. Exhibitor must be 21 or over in age. Proof of Age is required.
